User Feedback
"Your site, especially the check-out pages, is the simplest and clearest I've ever dealt with, and since 1998, I've dealt with hundreds."
LightSky and the Metropolitan School District of Lawrence Township (MSDLT) launched a revised version of the district’s public websites, complete with updated branding, enhanced navigation, search and statistic tools, and a streamlined interface. The new website is running on top of a customized version of the Drupal content management system, a leading open-source content management system (CMS).
The new website will save parents, students, and teachers time by making it easier to find the information they seek. It will also help the school webmasters save time by giving them a easy to update website via the CMS. For the first time, web content generators, such as the webmasters, will be able to do updates from anywhere instead of needing to be at their school to push updates to the server. The new website is also running on fully redundant webservers, which will improve the responsiveness of the website and increase uptime.
The LightSky and MSDLT web teams worked very closely together to help this project launch.
